When my daughter relocated to another state for a job, she helped us find a tenant because it was too soon to put back on the market. Whenever I called her for assistance she was right there and delivered whatever we asked for. When we went to sell the townhouse, again she worked hard to find us a buyer. As luck would have it, right after the home inspection, the water heater broke down and needed to be replaced and had caused damage. She found a plumber and contractor to fix everything quickly and efficiently, which was difficult given it was the holiday season, winter and the snow just kept coming. Layne took care of everything for us. She was a blessing for us since we had to rely on her 100% and she did a fabulous job.
